Meet our founder
Petra is a transformative Executive Coach and Human Capital Expert who bridges advanced coaching methodologies with extensive C-Suite experience to catalyze profound organizational change. As Founder of Coachience, Partner & Advisor to The Alexander Partnership and previously as Executive Director at Columbia Business School-affiliated leadership boutique Mentora Institute, she has been architecting breakthrough transformations for senior executives and their teams across media, finance, education, retail and hospitality for over 15 years.

Petra's coaching insights are deeply informed by her own C-Suite leadership experience. As President of a Time Inc. business unit, she masterfully integrated brand platforms into a cohesive portfolio. As EVP of Bertelsmann, Petra orchestrated a transformative, multi-year-year change initiative in preparation for a planned IPO. Earlier, she headed up Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia’s Television division, steering international expansion and IPO execution. Her multifaceted expertise extends beyond corporate leadership, encompassing roles as a BCG strategy consultant and investigative reporter for one of Germany’s top TV networks.
As a dual-culture leader with deep roots in both Europe and the United States, Petra brings a global perspective that resonates with today's interconnected business environment. Her journalistic background has honed her exceptional ability for deep inquiry and quick identification of underlying storylines within complex organizational dynamics. What sets Petra apart is her unique ability to bridge strategic thinking with profound inner work. Her coaching methodology weaves together advanced leadership theories including Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Systemic Team Coaching. Combined with a deep dedication to meditation and martial arts, this creates a unique coaching presence.
Petra's coaching practice is grounded in rigorous academic and professional credentials, including affiliations with Harvard-affiliated Institute of Coaching (IOC). Petra holds an MBA from Wharton Business School, an MA from Indiana University and a BA equivalent from Bayreuth University (Germany). Petra is at the forefront of challenging AI for advancing the human coaching dialog and holds multiple AI certifications. Petra's passion for developing high potential leaders extends to her pro bono work with educators and youth initiatives. She has also been serving as facilitator of Wharton Women Circles since 2020.

As a coach he works with founders and business executives, leveraging his expertise in corporate and commercial strategy and execution across multiple countries and industries.
Dan brings over two decades of executive leadership experience. Prior to becoming a CEO & Co-Founder of his own health-tech start-up, Dan was a senior executive in general management and global brand strategy to alliance management, launch excellence, and organisational transformation.
Originally from the US, Dan has lived in five countries and led multi-cultural teams, product launches and business operations around the world. As a result he is uniquely skilled at unleashing leaders’ potential in diverse and international environments for themselves and their organisations.
Dan is an IESE trained Executive Coach with a Wharton MBA in marketing and strategy and qualified as a LEGO Serious Play® Facilitator and certified in TalentPredix™ psychometrics. He is a member of the Coaching Unit at IESE Business School and a Business Mentor for Venture Space, a University of London start-up incubator/accelerator.
